You can see the tuition fee on the school's website, as well as related fees such as application fees.

Do I need to apply to USCIS for school transfer?

No, you do not. PN will assist you to communicate with both school for SEVIS ID transfering.

What do I do if my school terminates my I-20

You need to find a new school and issue an I-20 so that you can apply for a reinstate with USCIS. PN has a ReInstatment service.

If the new school doesn't accept me, can I go back to my old school?

You need the new school acceptance and new I-20 before terminating your study at the current school.
